MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES. Moravians believe that all members of the congregation are ministers of Christ's Church. We ask all members to prayerfully consider ways that they can serve in Christ's name. It is in giving of ourselves that we receive! It is important to serve as leaders to connect with our members, families and greater community. Our congregation extends outreach to community needs such as: providing backpacks and school supplies to a local elementary school, providing thanksgiving meals to families in need, offering monthly groceries for a community food bank, providing weekend meals for a winter Emergency Shelter in Bethlehem, raising funds for Church World Services CROP hunger program and providing supplies for residents at a transitional housing center in New York City. We offer a monthly second mile offering to support special projects and needs in our greater community. A list of our ministry opportunities can be found within the document below.
