COMMITTEES.
Christian Education. Responsible for developing and implementing multiple aspects of education for all  ages.  Includes Sunday School, Study Groups and access to collaborative programming.   
Family Life. Plan and coordinate events designed to enhance fellowship.  Some examples include Picnics,  Annual Strawberry Festival, Iron Pigs Game Nights, Bowling and Golf Outings. 
Outreach. Compile, coordinate, and communicate outreach opportunities to expand mission to the greater community and world.
Personnel.  Work with professional staff to determine goals, job responsibilities and performance. 
Stewardship. Focus on membership relationship and development.  Expand awareness and opportunities for engagement and stewardship as a spiritual family.
Special Events. Plan annual Super Bowl Spaghetti Supper fundraising dinner and similar large scale events to engage the community. 
Worship & Music. Collaborate with Pastor and Director of Music regarding worship services.
